Poor marking, feedback and a lack of transparency. Nobody at OCR can tell me who is in charge of which paper. Who are the principal examiners? Who is the chief examiner? Such a mess. The INSET training by OCR was a shambles. (Nobody had a clue and the specs were out of date). I have to make a choice now. Waiting for advice please. I have left OCR psychology.
